Digital service delivery
TareWise is subscription software delivered online. Paid workspace access begins after Stripe confirms successful checkout. There are no physical goods, shipping methods, shipping fees, or physical returns.
Pilot trial
Pilot provides 30 days of access for one user and up to 100 active ingredients. It does not require a payment method and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. When the trial ends, workspace access pauses until an owner or admin selects and pays for a subscription.
Paid subscriptions and annual savings
Paid plans are offered in USD and renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Annual pricing is 20% lower than paying the corresponding monthly price twelve times. The exact amount and renewal interval are shown before checkout.
Cancellation
Workspace owners and admins can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal in the TareWise billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access remains available until that date, and the subscription does not renew afterward.
Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable. TareWise may issue a refund when required by law or for a confirmed duplicate charge, billing error, or material service failure. Email support@tarewise.com with the workspace email, charge date, and reason for the request. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
Availability and legal restrictions
Customers must have authority to purchase for their organization and may use TareWise only where lawful. The service is not offered where providing or using it would violate applicable Canadian or United States sanctions, export controls, or other laws.
