Does Pilot require a payment method?
No. Pilot is free for 30 days and includes one user and up to 100 active ingredients. No payment method is required.
How should we choose a plan?
Choose based on the number of active ingredients and people who need workspace access. Core supports 5 users and 500 ingredients, Pro supports 15 users and 2,000 ingredients, and Scale removes both limits.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Workspace owners and admins can manage plan changes from the billing area.
Do we need to save recipes or formulas to create quotes?
No. You can build quotes from ingredient costs and quantities without saving the recipe or formula.

Pilot lasts 30 days, allows one user and 100 active ingredients, requires no payment method, and does not convert automatically. Workspace access pauses when Pilot expires unless a paid plan is selected.
Annual prices are 20% lower than twelve monthly payments and renew every 12 months. Paid plans renew until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See the billing policy.
